1. Purpose of the App

The app allows users to:

  • Book and manage appointments for in-home services, including Doctor Visits, Nursing Care, Lab Tests, Vaccinations, and Long-Term Care. 
  • View the availability of our certified and experienced medical professionals. 
  • Track your complete service history, access diagnostic reports, and view invoices securely.
  • Receive important notifications and reminders for upcoming appointments or follow-ups from your dedicated Care Partner. 
  • Access and manage your health records and those of your family members under one account.
  • Connect with our support team for any queries, rescheduling requests, or assistance. 

2. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 18 years old or be using the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms. The app is not intended for emergency medical services. For serious health concerns or medical emergencies, please contact your local emergency services (e.g., 102/108) or visit the nearest hospital immediately. 

3. Platform Availability

The Dr. Morepen Home App is available for both Android and iOS users. All features and services are subject to availability based on your geographical location and our serviceable areas. Some services may be restricted based on local regulations or the availability of medical professionals. 

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, including your password, confidential. All activity that occurs through the app under your login credentials will be considered as authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Dr. Morepen Home app is built on a foundation of user-friendliness and powerful data management, offering a suite of features that cater to the modern user's needs.  

  • Comprehensive Health Metric Tracking: The app allows users to log and monitor a holistic set of vitals, including blood glucose, blood pressure, and weight, all in one place. This consolidation provides a complete picture of one's health status, moving beyond single-metric tracking.  
  • Effortless and Versatile Data Logging: Recognizing that convenience is key to consistency, the app provides multiple ways to input data from medical devices like glucometers and blood pressure monitors. Users can:  
    • Scan: Use their phone's camera with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to directly scan readings from their device's screen.  
    • Speak: Record their weight instantly using voice input.  
    • Scroll: Utilize interactive scroll bars for precise and quick entry of values.  
    • Type: Manually input their readings if they prefer.  
  • Actionable Insights and Trend Analysis: The app transforms raw data into easy-to-understand visual graphs and trends. This allows users and their doctors to identify patterns over time, understand how lifestyle choices affect their readings, and receive personalized feedback and recommendations to better manage their health.  
  • Shareable Health Reports: With a single tap, users can generate detailed, professional health reports. These reports can be easily shared with doctors, caregivers, and family members via email or messaging apps, facilitating more informed consultations and collaborative care.  
  • Centralized Device Management: The app includes a feature to list and organize all of your home medical devices in one place, from glucometers and BP monitors to digital weighing scales.  

Custom Reminders and Multi-Language Support: To help users stay consistent, the app offers personalized alerts for logging data and check-ups. It is also accessible to a diverse audience with support for eight languages, including English, Hindi.
