Dr. Morepen Partner App Term & Conditions

Welcome to the Morepen HealthPro App (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and its services. By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms, which are legally binding under Indian law. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

Eligibility & Registration

  • The App is intended exclusively for licensed and verified healthcare professionals in India, including:


    • Doctors: Must hold a valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council.

    • Nurses: Must hold a valid registration with a State Nursing Council.

    • Pharmacists: Must hold valid registration with the Pharmacy Council of India or relevant State Pharmacy Council.

    • Allied Health Professionals (e.g., physiotherapists, lab technicians): Must hold valid licenses from their respective statutory councils (e.g., Rehabilitation Council of India, Paramedical Councils, etc.).

  • During onboarding, you must provide accurate and complete details, including professional license, identity proof, and bank information.

  • You agree to keep your registration details updated at all times. Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination.

Professional Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all prescriptions, medical notes, and records uploaded via the App.

  • Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times, as required under:


    • The Medical Council of India/NMC Code of Ethics

    • The Indian Nursing Council Code of Ethics

    • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
  • The App must not be used for medical emergencies. Patients in such cases must be directed to call 102/108 or visit the nearest hospital.

All consultations conducted via the App must comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (where applicable).

Use of Services

  • You may accept bookings, conduct consultations, and upload prescriptions only through authorized workflows of the App.

  • All patient communication is facilitated via secure, masked calls. Direct sharing of personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, or email IDs is strictly prohibited.
  • Misuse of the App—including fraudulent consultations, false claims, overprescription, or unethical practices—may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Earnings & Payouts

  • Payouts are based on verified task completion and subject to the Company’s review.

  • All payouts are subject to applicable taxes and TDS deductions.

  • Any disputes regarding earnings must be raised within 7 days of payout.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, malpractice, or violation of these Terms.

Data Protection & Compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable Indian laws relating to data protection, patient confidentiality, and professional ethics.

  • The Company will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
  • You agree that Morepen HealthPro acts as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and will handle your personal and professional data responsibly.

 Limitation of Liability

  • Morepen HealthPro is a technology platform and does not itself provide medical or nursing services.

  • All medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care provided to patients is the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional delivering the service.

  • The company shall not be liable for:


    • Clinical errors, negligence, or malpractice by healthcare professionals.

    • Doctor-patient or nurse-patient disputes.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app

Modification & Termination

  • The company may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes signifies acceptance.
  • The company may suspend or terminate your account in cases of breach, fraud, or non-compliance

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
